Nicho has over 30 years of professional brewing experience and trained under Pierre Celis from 1992-1999. He returned when the brewery reopened in 2017 to help Celis start anew. He is also a professional martial artist and fighter, currently promoting the Bushikan Combat Sports events here at Celis.

Brandon has over a decade of experience in the restaurant, wine, beer, and specialty coffee industries, working across four states before making his way to Austin. Brandon has quickly embraced Austin’s vibrant, tight-knit beer scene and loves connecting with bartenders, business owners, and fellow beer reps.

Zach was born and raised in Austin. He went to college at the University of Nebraska and decided to move back in 2024 to pursue the Celis Events Manager and Coordinator position.

Thomas is a Hispanic male who is 5'10" tall with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green shirt. He owns only one pair of pants.
