Sarah is someone you can not miss with her glowing smile and bubbly personality. She has been the Celis Events Manager for a year now and has brought so much life into the brewery.

Bryan Cano
Bryan is a familiar face in the Austin area. He has years of experience in breweries across Austin and we are so lucky to have him be our Taproom Manager!

London Hart
London has 2 years of bartending experience but if you met her you would think she had many more under her studded belt. You definitely want to be one of her regulars.

Brandon Acevedo
Brandon has over a decade of experience in the restaurant, wine, beer, and specialty coffee industries, working across four states before making his way to Austin. Brandon has quickly embraced Austin’s vibrant, tight-knit beer scene and loves connecting with bartenders, business owners, and fellow beer reps.
